• Clients agree to indemnify and hold Taj Real Estate, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services or breach of these terms.

7. Termination

• By Client: Clients may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to any cancellation fees as outlined in the agreement.
• By Company: Taj Real Estate reserves the right to terminate services if clients breach these terms or engage in unlawful activities.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Amendments

• We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
